To request a user account for the AWARE Case Management System Test Environment, you must send an email to: vrsupport@nysed.gov or use the web form on this VR SUPPORT website to submit a request for account creation.
Be sure to include:
- Your current user level in CaMS i.e SVRC, VRC, VRCA etc.
- Your District Office name
