Sign In to VR Support - Enhanced Content Access

IMPORTANT!!! -- Make sure you are using a Chrome Browser.

Some of the articles on the Help Desk Guide are limited to Signed-in users. You will be required to create an account and then sign in to access this content. Having an account also let's you track tickets that you have submitted or look at your ticket history.

Steps to Sign Up:

  1. Click the Sign in button at the top right of the screen:mceclip5.png
  2. From the sign in screen click the link for Sign Up:

  3. You will then be able to fill out the Sign Up fields for Your Full Name and Your Email. Click the Sign Up button once finished:

  4. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to create your password and complete the Sign Up process.
